Morgan has helped a multitude of women over her 11+ year career transform their quality of life with personalized nutrition and fitness plans. IN PERSON TRAINING FOR SMALL GROUPS OR INDIVIDUALS
Morgan offers resistance and cardio training that challenges you and creates functionality, mobility, strength, confidence, endurance and lasting habits that provide real results. She is your workout bestie, making each workout fun and unique. One on one training is $50 for 50 minutes, small group training is $25 per person with a 3 person minimum, at Morgan’s home or she can come to you (travel rates may apply depending on location). Virtual training and coaching
Due to busy schedules and time constraints, virtual training and coaching offers an option that accommodates your lifestyle and needs. You can continue to prioritize your health and wellness while traveling for work, on vacation, working from home, fitting in a workout while the kids are napping. Virtual sessions with Morgan offer you the flexibility you need to stay consistent in your workouts. Virtual sessions are $45 for 45 minutes.
Get to know Morgan...
Growing up I was always involved in some sort of dance or theater, and later I would major in theater and minor in dance in college. I was very active and definitely became even more so when I met my husband and we started working out together. After having 3 kids and struggling with a body that had changed and post partum depression, I really began to see how much exercise and nutrition shifted me both physically and mentally. Exercise for me became more about how it made me feel and less about shrinking down or fitting into pre-pregnancy clothing. Once I made this connection I began teaching fitness classes at my local gym. After I had a taste for teaching and formatting a workout, I was hooked and eventually taught mat pilates, barre, HIIT, strength training, yoga, dance, water workouts, megaformer, pilates reformer and rowing. I soon added certifications in nutrition, personal training and mindfulness. During the pandemic when the gyms closed I began training clients virtually as well as virtual nutrition coaching. Soon I added in person training at my house or at the homes of my clients. My 11 year career has fostered a passion for helping women feel strong and capable, and supporting them by creating a lifestyle shift through exercise and proper nutrition. I want to design a plan that fits into your busy life so you can be successful on your wellness journey and not give up. The best part of my job is getting to witness a woman realizing how strong she is (and has always been) and watching her confidence grow from a place of feeling capable and powerful!
